Overview

The Trust Exchange Initiative is exploring the use of verfifable credential(VCs) to extend the Government Digital ID system. Proof of concepts were develooped to assess how Services Australia-issued credentials could be used in real-world scenarios. The objective was to validate the security, trust and feasibility of VCs within the myGov digital wallet.

My role involved conducting a series of real-world tests and interviews, with both users and verifiers to evaluate the practical application of verifiable credentials. This also included included assessing user experience, cummunity sentiment, and feasibility across various scenarios, followed by in-depth analysis and synthesis and reporting.
